Every learning solution begins with a challenge to overcome. There are a number of different options to consider through the process of identifying a solution to a challenge that you have. Popular modes of delivery include e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), or a blended approach.
From start to finish, I will work with you to name your challenge, identify learning solutions, and design a solution that works for you and your team.

E-LEARNING SAMPLES
UNDERSTANDING UNCONSCIOUS BIAS
THE CHALLENGE: Everybody has bias, but this organization (national men's fraternity) wanted to address the issue and assist their learners in recognizing the unconscious biases that exist. This course is based on the Implicit Association Test (IAT).

THE SOLUTION: This e-learning course is an interactive and experiential way to engage learners in understanding their own unconscious bias so they can learn to mitigate it in the future.

DEVELOPED: 2021
understanding self through the myers-Briggs type indicator
THE CHALLENGE: Working on teams can be challenging. Understanding your own natural inclinations and preferences enhances personal and team development.

THE SOLUTION: This was developed as an experiential opportunity for learners to engage in an understanding of one of the most highly utilized assessment instruments - the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

THE CHALLENGE: This ILT course was designed to overcome communication barriers, and better understand why different viewpoints exist. A discussion on generational trends and differences can be a useful tool in more deeply understanding peoples’ perspectives.

THE SOLUTION: This was developed as an experiential and reflective four (4) hour training that includes a slide deck and participant guide.
