If you asked me what drives me, it’s this: helping people see themselves - and each other - more clearly.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked alongside leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate growth, change, and challenge. From firefighters and nonprofits to corporate executives and global NGOs, I’ve seen what happens when people connect with their purpose, lean into emotional intelligence, and lead with light - things start to shift.

Our work at illumin is about sparking those lightbulb moments - the ones that happen when you pause long enough to reflect, when you look in the mirror and realize, "Oh, this is who I am".

About the Founder

Before launching illumin, I spent years designing and leading leadership programs across industries and around the world. My passion for learning and global leadership development led me to work with NGOs in Africa and South America, and even serve as a representative to the United Nations. I’ve trained leaders on four continents and continue to learn from every person I meet.

I hold a Ph.D. in Comparative and International Education with a focus on global leadership, an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, and certifications in coaching, emotional intelligence, strengths, and organizational development. But more than any title or credential, I’m most proud of the moments when someone says, “I see things differently now.”

Outside of work, you’ll find me traveling, singing, reading, or piecing together a puzzle - and always laughing with family and friends. If you’re ready to reflect, reconnect, and reignite your leadership, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
