Consulting offers a powerful and in-depth way of gathering knowledge, analyzing, trouble-shooting, and obtaining recommendations to improve organizational performance - from both internal and external stakeholders.
Each consulting experience is customized to meet the needs of the organization and provides an in-depth look at an area of focus, and is supplemented with a final report that includes observations and recommendations.
Pricing

Your organization’s investment for a consultation is a base price* of $15,000.
*Each consultation includes in-depth analysis, discussions with stakeholders, best practices document, and recommendations. This can be a virtual or in-person experience. Pricing does vary as it is dependent on time needed to review the area of focus, location & travel, number of people participating, supplies, preparation time, etc.

post-pandemic review
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way our stakeholders think and how we operate. This consulting experience deeply dives into an area of growth that you want to look at in your organization based on post-pandemic changes. This package includes an overview meeting with critical stakeholders, data points from pandemic research (employee perspectives, hot topics, etc.), template surveys that can be edited to meet your needs, opportunities for focus groups, and a report with recommendations so you can immediately make updates to meet the needs of our ever-changing demographics.
CPR (Comprehensive Program Review)
Every organization needs to resuscitate and re-invigorate a culture, process, or program. This consulting experience deeply dives into an area of growth. This package includes an overview meeting with critical stakeholders, document analysis, interviews/focus groups, and a report with recommendations so you can immediately make updates to meet the needs of our ever-changing demographics. Areas of consultation include culture, strategic planning, event planning, and risk management and mitigation strategies.
